We collect information you provide directly: email address and name when creating an account, subscription and payment information processed by Stripe (we do not store payment card details), cycle tracker logs and protocol data you choose to save, experience reports and COA submissions you contribute, and communications you send to us. We also collect usage data automatically: pages visited, features used, and general usage patterns through analytics. We do not collect sensitive personal health information beyond what you voluntarily enter into our research tracking tools.
We use your information to provide and improve the platform services, process subscription payments through Stripe, send service-related communications and updates, respond to your support requests, analyse platform usage to improve our tools, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes. We do not share your research tracking data with any third parties.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL database with row-level security). Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe — we never store your payment card details. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest. Account passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter as required by law.
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict processing of your data, request portability of your data, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@peptora.io. For EU/EEA users, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
We use essential cookies required for the platform to function (authentication, session management). We use analytics cookies to understand how the platform is used — these are anonymised and do not contain personal information. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies from third-party advertisers. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.
We use the following third-party services: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), Vercel (hosting and infrastructure), Anthropic Claude API (AI research assistant). Each of these services has their own privacy policy and data handling practices. We have selected these services based on their strong privacy and security standards.
Peptora.io is not directed at children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately at privacy@peptora.io and we will delete the information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or prominent platform notification. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
